Cooper Estates is a vibrant community where homeowners take pride in their properties and their neighborhood. As members of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), we're dedicated to ensuring that our community remains a desirable place to live by maintaining high standards for the appearance and quality of homes and landscapes.

The ACC is responsible for reviewing and approving all exterior changes and improvements to homes and properties within Cooper Estates, including additions, renovations, landscaping, and other modifications. Our goal is to preserve the integrity of our community while also allowing homeowners to express their individuality and make their homes their own.

We believe that by working together, we can create a beautiful and cohesive community that we can all be proud to call home. We welcome your questions and concerns, and we're here to help you through the process of making any exterior changes to your property. ****If this is a FENCE request, please remember to install your vertical supports just inside your property line so that your sideboards are right “ON” the property line. Be sure to tie into any existing fence. We don’t want any GAPS between yards.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOUR CONTRACTOR RECEIVES AND FOLLOWS THESE GUIDELINES AND all applicable City and County ordinances.

AUTHORIZATION TO VISIT PROPERTY Site visits to the property by the Association may be essential to process this application. The owner, as signed or submitting this form online, hereby authorizes the Association and/or Manager to visit and photograph the property referenced on this application.

Before digging you must call and give at least 3 days notice to: Palmetto Utility Protection Services (PUPS 1-888-721-7877)

APPLICANT’S AGREEMENT AND SIGNATURE OR SUBMISSION OF ONLINE FORM:
I have read my Community’s governing documents and believe I am in compliance with all Covenants and restrictions. I also understand that it is my responsibility to verify all property lines, easements, and city and county codes and ordinances. I understand that any permits required will be obtained and posted. I will not begin any projects until written approval has been received by the Architectural Control Committee. I can expect a response from the Association within 60 days.

WHEN SUBMITTING THE FORM BELOW, PLEASE SELECT BOTH RECIPIENTS WHICH SENDS YOUR REQUEST TO THE ACC AND COMMUNITY MANAGER. THIS WILL ALLOW FOR TIMELY REVIEW AND RESPONSE TO YOUR REQUEST.
